Dr. Sudha Kakarla

Veterinarian

Invaluable education and training

“Growing up, life sciences were always my passion, which eventually led me to veterinary school. Veterinary medicine is always fascinating because it brings new challenges and experiences every day. To further my interest, I came to the United States to pursue graduate education in veterinary immunology at North Carolina State University. Though my research work enhanced my understanding of pet health issues, I missed the touch and feel you get being in a clinical practice. Hence, I joined a small animal practice about 7 years ago located in Wisconsin and now here at Sylvan Veterinary Hospital.”
