Client Service Associate

Client Service Associates (CSA) are the initial point of contact with clients. Their main role is to build rapport with pet owners and assist them with their various needs. CSAs perform clerical duties related to animal patient care and treatment, including performing record keeping duties and maintaining patient and client information. CSAs act as a liaison between clients and the hospital team. They provide friendly and compassionate service to our clients and are the representation of the SVH brand.
